The goal of EquityWorks! Incubator is to train, empower, and build social equity operators for full engagement in the cannabis market, especially for communities who have been historically targeted by the War on Drugs to break into the legal cannabis industry. The publicly funded program will ensure each social equity business obtains a state license and eliminates barriers for market entry by lowering overhead costs, offering mentorship, and ensuring revenue generation.
